Yes mate I've got the first of those Warrioir groove records as well. I've got a little collection of odd bits and bobs that were scratch worthy back then too, I'll dig 'em out. I've got the first Norman Cook breakbeat LP which was never a big commercial thing plus a few other early pre-q bert bits... This was pretty much my first record that I really scratched to kcuf with. The 'Live At The Funhouse' samples I just went nutty with. Actually I dug this out a few months ago and I couldn't get with it at all because of all the gaps between the stabs and phrases. Q-Bert done spoiled us! And look at the difference between Volumes 1 & 2. The first one is all 808 & 909 bizness and then a complete change here with nice, nice breaks. I admit that I overdid Ashley’s Roach Clip and mixed with it with flippin every record in my collection at the time. Overall though, a great set of loops although A2 & A3 were a little out of place - much as I love go-go I can't get with this mix.
